全盲で公立小学校の先生。
英語の先生。
数年前にテレビで拝見して尊敬していました。
交通事故で亡くなられてしまいました。46歳。
横断歩道を渡っておられたそうです。夕方6時17分。
その地域では盲人用信号機音が、夕方6時以降は鳴らなくなる様に設定されていたそうです。
やり切れない気持ちです。
先生を偲ぶ教え子たちのメッセージを拝見させて頂きました。
日本の教育現場が失ったものはあまりにも大きすぎます。
不思議なご縁で一井先生のお姉様は、うちの愛しい教え子たちのママ。今回の事まで全く知りませんでした。
言われてみれば先生の素敵な笑顔はboysによく似てる。
私たちは弱者を守る責任と義務がある事を決して忘れてはいけません。
